Since 2005 I’ve been developing and sharing the Liberation Ecology workshop, a curriculum that helps participants develop strategies for integrating social justice and sustainability goals. I’m a passionate and dedicated teacher.

While I still consult and teach permaculture professionally, I spend most of my time these days doing research about it. I’m funded by the Agroecology Scholars project of the Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture program here at UIUC. More on my research under the Research tab above.
