Under the name SPANISH SOCIETY OF FARMING / SPANISH SOCIETY OF AGROECOLOGIA (EEAS) , an entity that welcomes the provisions of the Organic Law 1/2002 of 22 March to be governed by this Constitution and the laws constitutes as may be applicable. The Company is of a private nature, enjoy separate legal personality from its partners and fully capable of fulfilling its purpose. The Company has no profit, consequently may not issue share certificates, shares or bonds, or distribute dividends. |
